Recently I have developed a tool for reordering list items in O365 you can now reorder items in any type of list with ease. You can keep your list content organized by dragging an item directly to a specific position it will allows you to reorder Items on different views in SharePoint list.
1. Open your desired list -
2. Click on reOrder Item button from ribbon
5. After reordering click on save button and you would be able to see the final output as shown in below Screenshot.

4. Re-Order your list item and click on save button
5. After reordering click on save button and you would be able to see the final output as shown in below Screenshot.
